Simcon

I had Simcon bring life back to a 50+ year old barn. From all new siding and trim to restoring an interior insulated room, Jake and his crew did an excellent job. From the initial meeting with Jake, everything went smooth, and on schedule. I am very satisfied and happy with the results, and want to thank Jake and his 4 man crew for a job well done. I would not hesitate at all to call them again for future projects. Thanks guys. Congrats Jerry.

Great experience working with Jake and his crew. SIMCON created new indoor & outdoor space for us along with roof replacement and kitchen upgrades.

Very happy with the new roof Jake Simms did at my home. Everything was cleaned up and finished in one day. Excellent job by Jake and his crew. Connie

Jake and his crew did a great job building our 40x60 barn. Half is a work area and the other side horse barn. The workmanship was great with great attention to detail. They were respectful, communicative, showed up on time for work and just a pleasure to have at our home. I would highly recommend Jake and his team for any building projects! I will be reaching out to them again for a possible addition!

We hired SimCon to build our garage, him and his crew were great. He built our garage in a timely matter, he does amazing work. Would hire him again in the future, highly recommend!

They were honest, hard working and great at their craft! Highly recommend!!

Very through and precise. They build a product that will last a lifetime.

Hired SIMCON to build a 2 car garage and install a long new cement driveway. Jake Sims is the owner/contractor- he cares very much about the job he does for you!! He went over the contract expressing exactly what he would do and not do, how long it will take to complete, how much it will cost, when payment needed to be applied to what point of the contract, and also what he couldn't complete. Very knowledgeable about what he can legally do within the city of Lapeer within their laws. The crews that worked under/with Jake were just as professional and very respectful. They even made sure the work area was cleaned up once everything was done! I was very impressed by this young man and his staying in touch and advising me how things were going, any delays, any problems addressed with tact, and his caring about his performance of my project. I will return to this company again and again in the future!! You will not go wrong hiring SIMCON and Jake Simms!!

very professional. all goals were met on time frame, during horrible march weather as well. so very happy with the results and team.

Jake and his team from Simcon were fantastic! Highly recommend for you next project. They worked fast and did an amazing job with our remodle.

From initial planning to final product, Triple Cross Constracting was a joy to work with. Jacob took my dream and made my new barn a reality. Him and his crew were timely & professional. From beginning to end, the attention to detail was outstanding. I would highly recommend Triple Cross Contracting and look forward to working with Jacob on my next remodel.

Did a great job on installing a new exterior door.

The best contractor and honest person I’ve ever met in Lapeer

Jake and his crew do excellent work at reasonable prices and time frames. They've done quite a few jobs for myself, my family and my clients, and everyone has been very happy with quality of work! Jake is also a guy who is honest, has integrity, and also responsive (unusual qualities in contractors!) If you need anything from remodels to new construction make sure to give Jake a call!

I had a fantastic experience working with Jake! He is incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. He took the time to ensure we chose the perfect shingles that matched our house beautifully. What I appreciated most was that he never pushed us to make a decision or shared his personal opinions too strongly—he truly listened to our needs. The job was completed quickly, and the cleanup was impressive—everything was left spotless with no cigarette butts, nails, or pieces of shingles around. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jake to my family and friends!

Worked with Jake and Manny on a few different projects, and I couldn't be happier. They are both great guys who do great work, and the rest of their team are stellar as well.
